We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient finance leader that thinks strategically and collaborates effectively to help Trinity optimize finance and accounting operations while supporting the long-term growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership abilities, a deep understanding of financial processes and a proven track record of driving results in a growing organization. The role covers a wide range of responsibilities that include overseeing financial reporting, SOX compliance, implementing financial technology solutions, overseeing treasury and cash management functions, and collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
We are looking for a well-rounded individual with solid inter-personal skills, at least ten years of accounting experience, and a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growing financial services business. It is important for this individual to have the highest ethical standards and to fit into a company culture of integrity, humility, honesty, and transparency. This individual should be able to work both independently and be engaged with a collaborative team environment that values continuous learning. This position is based full-time, on-site, at our beautiful Downtown Phoenix Office and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
