Ashley Favata
Ashley Favata joined Trinity Capital in June 2025 as a Financial Accountant. In her role, she supports the Company’s financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting functions.
Ashley began her career as an external auditor at Grant Thornton LLP, providing audit and assurance services to public and private clients across the technology, manufacturing, and travel sectors.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University (ASU), where she completed dual majors in Accountancy and Financial Planning, along with a Certificate in Applied Business Data Analytics.
She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Accountancy and Data Analytics from ASU. Ashley is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Arizona.
Ashley resides in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys doing Pilates, going to concerts, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.
He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.
