Baxter Hays

Baxter Hays joined Trinity Capital in August of 2025 as a Financial Accountant.

Prior to Trinity, Baxter worked at Ernst and Young as an external auditor, where he completed multiple audit engagements for both public and private clients across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on the technology sector.

Baxter received his Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona.

Baxter lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two dogs. In their free time they enjoy golfing, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and attending as many Oklahoma football games as possible.

Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.
