Codi Lockhart
Codi Lockhart is Trinity’s Director of Data & Analytics, where he leads the development of the firm’s data strategy, analytics infrastructure, and reporting capabilities. He is responsible for building and managing Trinity’s scalable data platform, developing analytics that support strategic and operational decision-making, and driving automation and data-driven insights across the organization.
Codi works closely with teams across the firm—including portfolio management, underwriting, finance, and executive leadership—to ensure data and reporting systems support critical business functions such as performance monitoring, risk analysis, capitalization support, and enterprise reporting. He has played a key role in designing and implementing modern data platforms while advancing the firm’s capabilities in automation, reporting, and analytics.
Codi holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Arizona State University.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family in the East Valley. Much of his free time is spent keeping up with his young children and their many activities.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.
