Madysen Weis
Madysen serves as an Human Resources Business Partner at Trinity Capital. Her focus includes recruiting, onboarding, benefits, policy development, compliance, and talent development. With a passion for creating supportive and effective workplace experiences, she partners closely with teams to ensure that HR programs align with both employee needs and business goals.
Madysen began her career at a recruiting agency, where she discovered the value of building strong relationships. That experience led her to an HR Generalist role, and eventually to an HR Business Partner position with an auto lender—where she found her interest in the financial services industry.
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
Outside of work, Madysen enjoys exploring all that Arizona has to offer—from hiking Camelback to visiting farmers’ markets. She’s also an avid podcast listener, a fan of ’80s hairband music and ’90s sitcoms, and has a passion for baking.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.
