Paulo Rascon
Paulo Rascon is an Associate Director of Credit and Portfolio on Trinity Capital’s Sponsor Finance team. He evaluates potential investment opportunities, presents deal rationale to the Investment Committee, and manages client relationships for existing portfolio investments.
Prior to joining Trinity Capital, Paulo was an Associate at Siemens Financial Services, focusing on underwriting and portfolio management of debt investments for sponsor-backed middle market companies across a broad range of industries throughout the United States and Latin America.
Paulo holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University and is a CFA charterholder.
Paulo currently resides in San Diego, California. Outside of work, Paulo enjoys golfing, cycling, and traveling.
