Ryan Harris

Ryan Harris is a Junior Credit Analyst in Trinity Capital’s 12-month Residency Program, where he supports the underwriting and evaluation of investment opportunities across the firm’s lending platforms through financial analysis, research, and credit underwriting.

Prior to joining Trinity, Ryan completed internships in investment banking and corporate development, where he supported middle market M&A transactions, valuation analyses, industry research, and strategic acquisition initiatives. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in financial analysis, transaction execution, and corporate finance.

Ryan graduated magna cum laude from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Ryan resides in Phoenix, Arizona, where he enjoys golfing, mountain biking, and traveling. One of his bucket list goals is to play golf at St Andrews in Scotland.

Brown’s 30 years of experience in venture equity and venture debt is apparent in his ability to adeptly manage sales and strategic business operations working with early-stage companies.

He served as general partner at Point Financial Capital Partners, a venture leasing fund and held a prior role as the president and CFO of InvestLinc Financial Services, an early-stage private equity fund and consulting firm. He has also worked as a partner at Cornerstone Equity Partners, a private equity fund.
