Abigail Hill is the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Trinity Capital, where she oversees payroll operations and benefits administration while supporting employee experience and organizational initiatives across the firm. She is committed to delivering efficient processes, compliance support, and a people-first approach to HR operations.
With nearly 18 years of experience, Abigail has worked across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, healthcare, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations. Throughout her career, she has held roles ranging from specialist to leadership positions in HR and benefits management, bringing a broad and well-rounded perspective to her work.
Abigail earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
She resides in San Tan Valley, Arizona, with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, swimming, spending time with family, and traveling. Having visited nearly all 50 states, her bucket-list goal is to take a World War I and World War II historical tour through Europe.
